Jdrbet Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the jdrbet platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jdrbet platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.
The jdrbet platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached this age requirement and are legally eligible to use this service in your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration & Personal Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on jdrbet. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. jdrbet reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. jdrbet will never request your password via email or any channel outside the platform. All activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised access resulting from failure to safeguard your login credentials.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the jdrbet platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules:
- Not using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws of any relevant jurisdiction.
- Not attempting to hack, disrupt, or breach the platform's security systems.
- Not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Not abusing the bonus or promotion system through dishonest means, including opening multiple accounts.
- Not transferring or selling your account to any other party.
- Not sharing account access with any other individual for any purpose.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of any balance associated with the breach, subject to jdrbet's assessment.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
Official Currency
All transactions on the jdrbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online banking services such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
Deposit
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. jdrbet reserves the right to reject deposits suspected of originating from unauthorised or unrelated sources. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform from time to time.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, as a security measure to prevent money laundering. jdrbet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Processing times depend on the chosen method and the processing party.
Jdrbet is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers in processing transactions.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Jdrbet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
The jdrbet platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the jdrbet platform are the exclusive property of jdrbet or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The jdrbet platform may contain references to third-party services or providers, such as payment processors. jdrbet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Jdrbet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, jdrbet reserves the right to withhold or cancel the relevant account balance while an investigation is carried out.
Users may also request account closure by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining funds will be returned once all relevant conditions have been fulfilled.
Changes to These Terms
Jdrbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the jdrbet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation.
